Sunday at Lighthouse

Sundays,are very busy but great days! 

Lighthouse Baptist, which from now on I am calling LBC, (since it's so long to type out every time) is in one of the main buildings, in Thika. We rent a meeting room, for our main church, and an office room, for our Sunday school class.

I love that our church is in a building, most every one knows, because when I am inviting someone to church, I just have to say it's in Thika Arcade and they know where it is. 

Well, we had a wonderful Sunday, and we got to have our Pr. and Mrs. Roberts with us, too. That's our pastor from our home church in America. They came to visit us for almost two weeks, and I'm thankful they got to!! We had lots of fun with them.:-)

We also got to see a lady (Mary) come to church, for the first time,  that Emily and I had invited that Saturday, and I am pretty sure one more visitor came, too!!

Before the main service we have, also, been doing some Bible studies with some girls in our church.

Not every thing about our Sunday ,but you can see some of what our Sunday's at LBC are like.....I hope.:-)

This is Florence and Sara.
 We have been doing some Bible studies together, every week, after the morning services. It has been great doing Bible studies with some girls in our church.  I've learned sooo much.

On Sunday afternoons (before the evening service) we love going out and getting doughnuts. So that's where we are headed in the picture. This street is always so busy!

And of course we take Brian with us. Ain't he cute?
